本产品为多种缓蚀剂复合而成，透明液体，主要用于乙二醇制冷系统的缓蚀。

本产品为全有机系高效缓蚀剂，是乙二醇溶液介质中金属的高效缓蚀剂。能有效保护乙二醇水溶液系统中的碳钢、铜等金属免受介质腐蚀损伤，延长系统使用寿命，大幅降低系统及设备维修次数和费用。

本品能有效防止乙二醇水溶液对金属系统的化学腐蚀及电偶腐蚀损伤，缓蚀率达95%以上。

3. 使用方法

●初始加药：

根据系统总容积（m³），新系统按每m³乙二醇水溶液加入本品2-3kg，腐蚀严重系统，按每m³乙二醇水溶液加入本品5-6kg。具体视系统腐蚀程度而定，计算初始总加药量，将该药量一次性缓慢加入系统并混合均匀。

●补充加药：

系统正常运行后，每半年补充加药一次。补充加药量按每m³ 乙二醇水溶液加入本品1-2kg，将该药量一次性缓慢加入系统并与乙二醇水溶液混合均匀。

●注意事项：

使用本品前须先对设备系统进行维修检漏，使系统无泄漏，否则会损失冷却介质和缓蚀剂，影响使用效果。本品禁止与其它添加剂混用。

4. 包装与贮运

(1)本品采用塑料桶包装，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根据客户需要确定。

(2)与易燃、可燃物、还原剂、酸类、碱类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

(3)贮区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。

5. 安全与防护

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套。

(2)工作过程中不准进食、饮水，注意通风或局部排风，工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包装及容器损坏。

3. usage method

● initial dosing:

According to the total system volume (m3), add 8-10kg of water of ethylene glycol solution per m3. Depending on the corrosion degree of the system, the initial total dose is calculated, and the dose is slowly added to the system at one time and mixed evenly.

● supplement:

After the system is running normally, it will be added once a year. Add 1-2kg per m3 of ethylene glycol solution slowly to the system at one time and mix evenly with ethylene glycol solution.

● matters need attention:

Before using this product, the equipment system to repair the leakage, so that the system has no leakage, otherwise the cooling medium and corrosion inhibitor will be lost, which will affect the use effect. This product is prohibited to mix with other additives.

4. Packaging and storage

(1) This product is packaged in plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) With flammable, combustible, reducing agent, acid, alkali and other substances stored separately, avoid mixed storage.

(3) The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable receiving materials.

5. Safety and protection

(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding, operators must wear protective glasses and acid-alkali gloves.

(2) Do not eat or drink water during work, pay attention to ventilation or local air exhaust, and wash hands with soap and water after work.
