本产品为棕黑色透明液体,主要用于工业含氟废水的深度除氟,总氟需要处理到1mg/L以下,使用石灰或氯化钙无法达标的情况。可应用于煤化工、矿井废水、循环冷却水、电解铝、电子、电镀、光伏、玻璃等多个行业的氟化物去除。
三、除氟剂(液体)使用方法:
工业低含氟废水进入除氟反应池,加入高效除氟剂SGR0628,按每升水中氟离子1mg/L: 0.2克SGR0628比例配量使用,具体用量根据实验小试确定,开启混合搅拌10min,后进入pH调节池,投加液碱,调节pH至6.5左右,再充分搅拌一段时间,进入絮凝池,加入絮凝剂PAM,搅拌一段时间后,进入沉淀槽沉淀,上清液溢流氟离子可达标排放。
四、除氟剂(液体)包 装:
本品采用塑料桶或罐车包装,根据客户需要确定;本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房,并远离火种和高温。

3. Usage
The industrial low fluorine wastewater enters the defluorination reaction pool, adds the high efficiency defluorination agent SGR-0628, and uses it according to the proportion of 1mg/L: 0.15g-0.2g SGR-0628 per liter of water. The specific dosage is determined according to the experimental small-scale test, open the mixing and stirring 10min, then enter the PH regulating tank, add liquid alkali, adjust the PH to about 6.5.Then fully stir for a period of time, enter the flocculation tank, and add the flocculant PAM. After stirring for a period of time, it goes into the sedimentation tank to precipitate, and the overflow of the supernatant can meet the discharge standard.
4. Packaging and storage and transportation
(1)This product is packed in plastic buckets or tankers and determined according to customer needs.
(2)This product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, away from fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30 ℃.
(3)Separate from flammable, combustible, reducing agents, acids, alkalis and other substances, do not mix storage.
(4)The storage area shall be provided with emergency leakage handling equipment and suitable reception materials.
5. Safety and protection
(1)To avoid inhalation and ingestion, operators must wear protective glasses, acid-and-alkali gloves, protective mouth masks and work caps, and wear protective clothing against acid and alkali if necessary.
(2)Do not eat or drink in the course of work, pay attention to ventilation or local ventilation, and wash hands with soap and water after work.
(3)Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent packaging and container damage.
(4)Barbaric loading and unloading should be prohibited in the process of loading and unloading to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, so as to prevent the solution from splashing and injuring during the loading and unloading process.
