使用方法

膜阻垢剂ProtecMBC^® 1513的加药剂量是根据系统水质分析报告以及系统运行情况计算确定的，一般加药量5-8mg/L。可以稀释或原液投加，若稀释投加，稀释水是RO产水或除盐水，推荐稀释倍数不超过10倍。每隔5-7天重新配制一次药剂，注意在重新配制药剂之前，应清洗药箱，防止微生物的滋生。

    包装与贮存

    膜阻垢剂ProtecMBC^® 1513一般采用塑料桶包装，25kg/桶；或根据客户具体要求而定。

    安全与防护

    操作时注意劳动保护，应避免与皮肤、眼睛等接触，接触后用大量清水冲洗。

1.Performance and Application

The membrane anti-scaling agent ProtecMBC^®1513 is a high-efficiency, phosphorus-free anti-scaling agent suitable for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. It prevents scaling on membrane surfaces, enhances system water output and quality, and reduces operating costs.

(1)Suitable for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes.

(2)Excellent solubility and stability, maintains membrane surface cleanliness through particle dispersion.

(3)Good hydrolytic stability; effective within a feed water pH range of 5-9.

(4)Phosphorus-free formulation, which reduces bacterial growth and phosphate precipitation, and meets environmental discharge requirements.

(5)Does not form insoluble compounds with iron, aluminum, or their oxides.

The dosage of the membrane anti-scaling agent ProtecMBC^®1513 is determined based on the system water quality analysis report and operating conditions, with a typical dosage of 5-8 mg/L. It can be added either as a diluted solution or in its original form. If diluted, use RO permeate or deionized water, with a recommended dilution ratio not exceeding 10 times. Reprepare the solution every 5-7 days, and ensure that the dosing tank is cleaned before preparation to prevent microbial growth。
