1. 产品介绍

本锅炉缓蚀阻垢剂是由聚羧酸和碱性增效剂、缓蚀剂等复配而成，具有很高的缓蚀和阻垢性能，其耐温性能特别好，药剂成碱性，其PH值和炉水PH相当。

可有效的应用于低压锅炉的炉内水处理，锅炉包括水暖、蒸汽、机车用锅炉等，也可用于海水淡化、蒸馏剂水箱等系统的缓蚀防锈。

3. 使用方法

按每吨水加200ppm的药剂比例加入锅炉补充水中即可，使用时注意排污，要求每小时排污一次，每次5-10秒，如锅炉带垢运行时可加大药剂用量，勤排污，运行10-20天后反应停炉，人工把脱落下的水垢清理干净，防止污垢堵塞管道，然后转入正常运行；

有条件的可测炉水浓缩倍数，控制在10倍左右，其它参数按劳动有关规定调整（如炉水PH10-12等）。

4. 包装与贮运

(1)本品采用蓝色塑料桶包装，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根据客户需要确定。

(2)本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房，并远离火种和高温，库温不宜超过30℃。

(3)与易燃、可燃物、酸类、碱类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

5. 安全与防护

原液对皮肤有刺激性，应避免与眼睛直接接触，应立即用大量清水冲洗，不可凝视，不可与皮肤长期接触。须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、安全帽，必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。

Packaging and storag  

(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

Safety and protection

The stock solution is irritating to the skin, should avoid direct contact with the eyes, should be immediately washed with a lot of water, not gaze, not contact with the skin for a long time.
