本品是一种中性钢铁除锈产品，替代传统酸洗除锈工艺，具有除锈速度快、除锈效果明显、操作使用方便、无污染等优点，是选用特殊高效螯合剂、渗透剂、缓蚀剂等成分组成的氧化铁垢专用清洗剂，对钢铁基体不产生过腐蚀和氢脆现象。可广泛应用于成套装置、钢制工件、铁制工件、管道、线材、板材等表面前处理的除锈、清洗以及设备锈蚀产物的清洗处理。

产品使用浓度为5%-20%，用除盐水稀释充分搅拌就可以使用。升高清洗液温度、人工辅助擦洗等办法可提高工件除锈除油效果、缩短除锈清洗时间。
为达到更好的除锈效果，若被处理材料表面锈蚀严重，应先将锈蚀较重的部分用钢刷或其他机械方法除去，再用本除锈剂处理。若被处理材料表面油污较厚，应先除油污后，再用本除锈剂进行处理。
4. 包装与储存
SGR-0241使用塑料桶包装，应避免与强氧化性、强碱性物质混合使用，避免阳光长期直射，室温储存期十二个月。

1. Performance and Application
This product is a neutral rust remover for steel, designed to replace traditional acid pickling rust removal processes. It offers advantages such as fast rust removal, significant passivation effects, and ease of use. Composed of specially selected high-efficiency chelating agents, penetrants, and corrosion inhibitors, it is specifically formulated for cleaning iron oxide scale. It does not cause over-corrosion or hydrogen embrittlement in steel substrates. It is widely applicable for rust removal, cleaning, and treatment of rust products on surfaces of complete sets of equipment, steel components, iron components, pipelines, wires, plates, and other items.

3. Usage Instructions
The product should be used at a concentration of 5%-20%, diluted with deionized water and thoroughly mixed before application. Increasing the temperature of the cleaning solution and using manual scrubbing can improve rust and oil removal effectiveness and reduce rust removal time.
For better rust removal results, if the surface of the material is severely rusted, first remove the heavier rust using a steel brush or other mechanical methods before applying this rust remover. If the material surface has heavy oil contamination, first remove the oil, and then use the rust remover.
4. Packaging and Storage
SGR0241 is packaged in plastic barrels. It should be kept away from strong oxidizers and strong alkaline substances. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure. Store at room temperature for up to twelve months.
5. Safety and Protection
During operation, ensure proper labor protection. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
